[摘　要]　结合港珠澳大桥工程前期决策实践，对投融资决策系统复杂性进行分析，指出港珠澳大桥投融资决策存在的主要难点，在此基础上研究大型工程投融资决策模式。

Abstract: Combined with the HongKong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge's early stage decisions, this essay analyzes its complexity of the investment and financing decision system. Based on the major difficulties of investment and financing decisions, the whole process of decision in the large-scale construction projects is studied.
