[摘　要]　以计划经济向市场经济转变的视角，从现行建筑工程承发包模式入手，对比分析各种模式的优缺点及其形成的历史原因。以建设行政主管部门对市场管理的导向，分析国内建筑工程承发包模式的发展方向，并结合建设管理各方主体的管理水平和市场现状，提出影响承发包模式转变的因素以及解决办法。

Abstract: By the view of the transformation from planned economy to market economy, and the existing construction contracting modes, the paper compares and analyses the advantages and the disadvantages of each mode as well as the formation reason. According to the market management oriented by building department, observes the development trend of the construction contracting mode in China. Combined with the management level of each participant and the market situation, proposes the factors which affect the conversion of the contracting mode and the solution.
