[摘　要]　分析大陆与台湾建设工程质量监管现状，并将两地建设工程质量监管体制进行对比，对加强大陆建设工程质量监管提出建议和对策。

Abstract: The peper analyzes current situation of construction quality supervision in Chinese mainland and Taiwan district，compares the construction quality supervision systems between the mainland and Taiwan. It also proposes some beneficial suggestions and countermeasures about strengthening the Chinese mainland construction quality supervision.
