摘要：基于超高层建筑施工阶段造价管控的核心内涵，结合工程实践案例，深入剖析当前施工阶段造价管控在成本控制、进度协同、技术适配、风险管控等方面存在的突出问题，从全过程动态管控、技术与造价融合、风险管控体系、人员能力提升等维度提出针对性优化策略，为提升超高层建筑施工阶段造价管控水平，实现项目投资效益最大化提供参考。

Abstract：Based on the core connotation of cost control during the construction phase of super high-rise buildings，combined with practical engineering cases，this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the prominent existing problems in the current construction-phase cost control from the perspectives of cost management，schedule coordination，technical adaptation and risk management. Targeted optimization strategies are proposed from the dimensions of whole-process dynamic management，integration of technology and cost，risk control system construction，and personnel competency improvement，so as to provide a reference for improving the cost control level in the construction phase of super high-rise buildings and maximizing the project investment benefits.
