摘要：基于EPC总承包管理实践和EPC总承包项目案例，深入剖析当前设计主导的EPC总承包项目施工分包管理中存在的典型问题，并提出改进建议，为提升EPC项目的整体管理绩效提供参考。

Abstract：Based on EPC general contracting management practice and actual EPC general contracting projects，the paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the typical problems existing in the current construction subcontract management of design-led EPC general contracting projects，and puts forward improvement suggestions，so as to provide reference for improving the overall management performance of EPC projects.
