摘要：在高质量发展背景下，建筑业正经历从“规模驱动”向“提质增效”的深刻转型。本文以广东省建筑业为研究对象，系统审视其发展现状与结构性短板。研究表明，广东建筑业虽在规模上保持全国领先，但存在市场结构单一、人力资本断层、财务杠杆过高、技术路径依赖四重困境。针对上述问题，提出市场拓展、人才培育、金融支撑、技术转型四维协同的高质量发展路径，为广东及同类地区建筑业转型提供参考。

Abstract：Against the backdrop of high-quality development，the construction industry is undergoing a profound transformation from "scale-driven" to "quality improvement and efficiency enhancement". Taking the construction industry in Guangdong Province as the research subject，this study systematically examines its current development status and structural shortcomings. The findings indicate that while Guangdong's construction industry maintains a leading position nationwide in terms of scale，it faces four major challenges：a single market structure，a human capital gap，excessive financial leverage，and technology path dependency. In response to these issues，this paper proposes a four-dimensional coordinated high-quality development path encompassing market expansion，talent cultivation，financial support，and technological transformation，offering insights for the industry's transition in Guangdong and similar regions.
