摘要：本文聚焦超高层建筑基坑工程在模拟清单模式下的造价控制难题，从招标、施工、结算三个阶段提出造价控制要点，强调精准预估、风险前置、动态管控、证据存留、严格审核、闭环管理。工程实践表明，把握上述要点能有效降低暂估性质带来的造价风险，提升投资控制水平，可为同类工程提供参考。

Abstract：This paper focuses on the cost control challenges of deep foundation pit projects of super high-rise buildings under the simulated bill of quantities model. It proposes key points for cost control from the three stages of bidding，construction，and settlement，emphasizing precise estimation，risk pre-positioning，dynamic management，evidence retention，strict review，and closed-loop management. Engineering practice shows that grasping these key points can effectively reduce the cost risks brought by provisional estimates，improve the level of investment control，and provide a reference for similar projects.
