摘要：工程结算审核作为建设工程全生命周期造价控制的关键环节，其核心工作是通过对承包方报送的结算文件进行全面查证、对比与复核，纠正计量计价偏差，确保工程造价的真实性与合理性。基于行业实践经验，从规范资料管理、明确审核依据、优化审核流程、创新审核方法、完善沟通机制等方面，系统提出工程结算审核质量的提升路径，以期为造价从业人员优化审核工作、降低结算风险提供参考。

Abstract：As a key link in the whole-lifecycle cost control of construction projects，the engineering settlement audit focuses on verifying，comparing and reviewing the settlement documents submitted by contractors，correcting measurement and pricing deviations，and ensuring the authenticity and rationality of the project cost. Based on practical industry experience，this paper systematically proposes pathways for improving the quality of engineering settlement audits from several aspects，including standardizing document management，clarifying audit criteria，optimizing audit procedures，innovating audit methods，and improving communication mechanisms. It aims to provide references for cost practitioners to optimize audit work and reduce settlement risks.
