摘要：针对工程总承包与施工总承包在计价依据和合同适宜类型方面的差异，本研究对现有的两种合同价款调整方法的适用范围展开对比分析，明确了指数法与工程总承包调价机制的适配性。基于理论分析，并结合市场调研，对不同规模建筑工程的价格调整类型予以划分，同时界定了可调因子集的范围。通过典型工程算例，验证了指数法的可行性与计算效率，为指数法在工程实践中的应用提供了理论支撑与实践参考。

Abstract：In view of the differences in pricing basis and suitable contract types between engineering general contracting and construction general contracting，this study conducts a comparative analysis of the applicable scope of the existing two methods for adjusting contract prices，clarifying the compatibility of the index method with the price adjustment mechanism of engineering general contracting. Based on theoretical analysis and combined with market research，the types of price adjustments for construction projects of different scales are classified，and the scope of the adjustable factor set is defined. Through typical engineering examples，the feasibility and computational efficiency of the index method are verified，providing theoretical support and practical reference for the application of the index method in engineering practice.
