大型公共建筑节能减排技术集成应用策略与综合效益分析——以机场航站楼为例的实证研究

摘要:在“双碳”目标下,大型公共建筑节能减排是关键抓手。机场航站楼能耗高、构成复杂,单位面积能耗均值达180kWh/(m2·a),节能降碳潜力巨大。本文以机场航站楼为对象,梳理能耗特征与影响因素,构建被动式节能+主动式技术+智慧化管控三位一体技术集成体系,结合国内外典型案例开展实证与效益分析。结果表明,该技术体系可使航站楼能耗强度下降20%以上,年减排CO2超3000吨,兼具显著环境、经济与社会效益,为大型公共建筑绿色低碳转型提供可复制方案。关键词:大型公共建筑;机场航站楼;节能减排;技术集成;综合效益;双碳目标Abstract:Under the "dual carbon" goals,energy conservation and emission reduction in large public buildings are key focuses. Airport terminals have high energy consumption and complex composition,with an average energy consumption per unit area reaching 180kWh/(m2·a),presenting significant potential for energy conservation and carbon reduction. This paper takes airport terminals as the research object,analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of energy consumption,and constructs a three-in-one technology integration system combining passive energy conservation,active technology,and intelligent management and control. It conducts empirical and benefit analysis based on typical cases both domestically and internationally. The results show that this technology system can reduce the energy consumption intensity of the terminal by more than 20%,with annual CO2 emissions reduced by over 3000 tons.
