装配式建筑评价标准的分类试点适配性研究——以珠三角城市群为例

摘要:为探究装配式建筑评价标准与城市产业定位的适配性,以珠三角城市群为例,选取综合型(广州、深圳)和生产型(佛山)试点城市标准,与省级标准进行对比分析。通过指标对比和案例验算,考察各标准在评价维度、权重及鼓励项上的差异。结果表明:省级标准为基础框架;广州、深圳标准适配技术研发定位,佛山标准适配产业培育目标,形成“研发+生产”协同格局;各标准在统一基础框架下形成差异化记分与认定口径,并通过权重差异引导项目适配地方导向。建议强化省级统筹与分类引导,推动产业链协同,为区域建筑工业化提供标准支撑。关键词:装配式建筑;评价标准;分类试点;产业适配;珠三角城市群Abstract:To explore the adaptability of prefabricated building evaluation standards to urban industrial positioning,taking the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration as an example,this study selects the local standards of comprehensive pilot cities(Guangzhou,Shenzhen)and production-oriented pilot city(Foshan)to compare with provincial standards. Through index comparison and case calculation,the differences in evaluation dimensions,weight distribution and incentive items are systematically investigated. The results show that provincial standards provide a basic framework;Guangzhou and Shenzhen standards adapt to technology R&D positioning,while Foshan standard adapts to industrial cultivation goals,forming a synergistic pattern of "R&D + production". The standards share a common basic framework but use differentiated scoring and recognition approaches,and projects are guided to adapt to local development orientations through weight differences.
