建筑施工企业智能建造能力度评价研究

摘要:智能建造正深刻重塑建筑行业,成为推动建筑施工企业转型升级和实现高质量发展的核心动力。针对建筑业智能建造发展现状,通过对建筑施工企业的实地调研和访谈,构建包含7个维度、26个评价指标的智能建造能力成熟度评价体系,并以福建省3家代表性建筑施工企业为例,进行智能建造能力成熟度的评价分析。评价结果验证了该模型的实用性,为建筑施工企业实施数智赋能和实现高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract:Digitalization and intelligent construction are profoundly reshaping the construction industry,becoming the core driving force for the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises and their realization of high-quality development. In view of the current development status of digitalization and intelligent construction in the construction industry,through on-site research and interviews of construction enterprises,the paper constructs a maturity evaluation system of digitalization and intelligent construction capabilities including 7 dimensions and 26 evaluation indicators. Taking three representative construction enterprises in Fujian province as examples,the paper conducts an evaluation and analysis of the maturity of digitalization and intelligent construction capabilities. The evaluation results verify the practicality of the model and provide reference for construction enterprises to implement digital and intelligent empowerment and achieve high-quality development.
