摘要：以某科技馆项目为例，从造价咨询人视角，阐述EPC工程总承包项目实施阶段造价控制的常见问题及相应控制措施，通过积极参与优化设计、制定谈价策略、严格审核施工措施方案、落实审批制度等途经，细化EPC工程总承包项目实施阶段造价控制手段。

Abstract：Takes a science and technology museum project as a case，from the perspective of a cost consulting professional，discusses common issues and corresponding control measures for cost management during the implementation phase of EPC engineering general contracting projects. By actively participating in design optimization，developing pricing strategies，strictly reviewing construction planning schemes，and enforcing approval procedures，elaborates on cost control methods in the implementation phase of EPC projects.
