摘要：顺应城镇化重心下沉至县域镇域空间单元的发展新趋势，研究提出“专业功能城镇”的概念框架，剖析其空间构建逻辑，进而围绕提升专业度、功能性与竞争力，从优化空间供给、强化空间运作、实现空间营销三个方面提出专业功能城镇的发展路径，以期为丰富新型城镇化空间政策工具提供思路与参考。

Abstract：Responding to the emerging trend of urbanization gravitating toward county and town level spatial units，this study proposes a conceptual framework for "specialized functional towns". It analyzes the spatial construction logic of these towns and，with a focus on enhancing their specialization，functionality，and competitiveness，proposes development pathways in three dimensions：optimizing spatial supply，strengthening spatial operation，and achieving spatial marketing. This study aims to offer insights and references for enriching the spatial policy toolbox for the new-style urbanization.
