建筑材料供应商综合评价模型构建与应用

摘要:针对建筑工程中供应商的评价方法主观性强、权重不合理和稳定性差的问题,构建一个稳定性强的综合评价指标体系。通过考虑价格、质量、交货能力和企业信誉等多维度,进行主客观赋权融合,并利用卡方系数提高评价的科学性与稳定性。实证分析9家钢筋供应商的结果显示,模型准确甄选出G1、G2、G7等优选者,排名与历史合作记录吻合度达90%,显著提升决策科学性与效率,可为建筑企业采购管理提供可靠、便捷工具。关键词:综合评价;稳定性;卡方系数;决策科学性Abstract:To address the problems of high subjectivity,unreasonable weighting,and poor stability in supplier evaluation methods for construction projects,this study develops a robust comprehensive evaluation index system. By integrating subjective and objective weighting across multiple dimensions(including price,quality,delivery capability,and corporate reputation),and by introducing the chi-square coefficient,the proposed approach enhances the scientific soundness and stability of supplier evaluation. An empirical analysis of nine reinforcing-steel suppliers shows that the model accurately identifies G1,G2,and G7 as preferred suppliers,with a 90% consistency between the ranking results and historical cooperation records.
