基于扎根理论的建筑施工企业智能建造转型激励路径研究

摘要:在“双碳”目标与新型基础设施建设的双重驱动下,智能建造成为建筑业突破传统生产模式瓶颈、实现产业转型升级的核心路径。本研究运用扎根理论构建建筑施工企业智能建造转型影响因素理论模型,识别出三个层面(动机、机会、能力)六个核心因素(政府支持、资源就绪度、组织治理、市场竞争压力、组织变革能力、组织学习能力)对转型行为均产生正向影响,且组织变革能力与组织学习能力发挥中介作用,进而提出了“动机驱动、机会赋能、能力支撑”的闭环激励路径。关键词:智能建造;转型行为;扎根理论;激励路径Abstract:Driven by the dual impetus of the "dual-carbon" goals and the construction of new infrastructure,intelligent construction has emerged as the core pathway for the construction industry to break through the bottlenecks of traditional production models and achieve industrial transformation and upgrading. This study employs grounded theory to construct a theoretical model of the factors influencing the intelligent construction transformation of construction enterprises. Six core factors across three dimensions(motivations,opportunities,and capabilities)are identified,namely government support,resource readiness,organizational governance,market competition pressure,organizational change capability,and organizational learning capability—all of which exert positive effects on transformation behaviors,with organizational change capability and organizational learning capability playing mediating roles.
