摘要：针对工程建设项目管理中存在的管理粗放、数据孤岛与经验依赖等问题，研究并构建了全流程数智化管理平台。平台采用以数据为核心的分层架构和模块化功能体系，创新性融合客户/项目双360°视图、云端协同计价、智能估算引擎等机制，形成数据驱动的闭环管理模式。实施结果表明，平台实现了业务数据统一管理与流程高效协同，业务效率显著提升，关键区域中标率明显提高，有效推动企业从经验依赖型向数据驱动型转变。

Abstract：To address challenges in engineering project management，such as inefficient practices，data silos，and over-reliance on individual experience，this study proposes and implements a full-process digital intelligence management platform. This platform establishes a data-centric layered architecture and modular functional system，innovatively integrating dual 360°views of customers and projects，cloud-end collaborative pricing，and an intelligent estimation engine to form a closed-loop，data-driven management model. Implementation results show that the platform achieves unified management of business data and highly efficient process coordination，significantly improving operational efficiency and increasing the bid success rate in key regions. It effectively drives the transformation from experience-dependent to data-driven operations.
