摘要：基于建设单位的视角，结合北京某大型体育场馆建设，深入剖析体育场馆项目投资管理的现状及存在的问题，提出项目全过程投资管理的应对策略。

Abstract：From the perspective of the construction unit，this paper，in combination with the construction of a large-scale sports venue in Beijing，deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of investment management in sports venue projects. On this basis，countermeasures for investment management throughout the project life cycle are proposed.
