摘要：建筑产业互联网平台作为智能建造的核心基础设施，其健康运行依赖于有效的平台治理。本文聚焦建筑产业互联网平台的治理问题，首先分析平台实现功能目标所需的治理需求，涵盖数据治理、安全与隐私保护、多元主体协同治理及市场交易监管等方面；进而剖析当前平台治理面临的关键挑战，包括数据权属界定不清、系统互操作性不足、多元共治格局尚未形成、安全风险防控压力增大等；最后结合曲靖市智能建造试点实践经验，提出构建“标准引领+生态共建+协同共治”治理框架的思路，以期为建筑产业互联网平台的规范健康发展提供参考。

Abstract：As the core infrastructure of smart construction，the healthy operation of building industry internet platforms relies on effective governance mechanisms. This study focuses on platform governance challenges in the construction sector，firstly，analyzes governance requirements for achieving functional objectives—including data governance，security and privacy protection，multi-stakeholder collaboration，and market transaction supervision. It then examines key challenges such as ambiguous data ownership，insufficient system interoperability，incomplete multi-party governance frameworks，and escalating security risk management pressures. Drawing from Qujing City's smart construction pilot experience，the research proposes a governance framework integrating "standardization leadership，ecosystem co-construction，and collaborative governance"，aiming to provide reference for promoting standardized and sustainable development of building industry internet platforms.
