浅析安装工程定额应用常见疑难点

摘要:为解决安装工程定额结算中出现的争议及加深对子目的理解,通过查阅定额说明、文献、人材机消耗量等方式并结合工程经验,对安装工程定额中一些常见的疑难点进行研究。研究发现:设备分片安装应考虑供货状态,整体安装则应主要考虑定额的吊车能否满足要求;对于钢结构子目,防腐除锈主要看型钢的平均厚度,制作安装应注意区分类别;工艺管道组件应按照其实质的安装工作来套用定额;电缆敷设子目适用于需用卡子固定的明敷电缆,桥架敷设可按其60%~80%计价;电机检查接线子目适用于解体检查,无需解体时可乘以0.2;送配电系统调试需注意系统划分;仪表安装子目中单体调试工作量所占比例为50%~90%;对于定额子目的应用,更应从人材机消耗量来确认其是否和工序匹配。关键词:安装工程;定额计价;结算争议;定额应用Abstract:To resolve disputes arising in the settlement of installation project and deepen the understanding of sub-items,the common doubts and difficulties in the installation project quota was studied by consulting quota explanations,literature,the consumption of labor,materials and machinery,and combining engineering experience. The research found that:When installing equipment in sections,the supply status should be taken into account. For overall installation,the main consideration should be whether the crane specified in the quota can meet the requirements.
