摘要：本文阐述FIDIC黄金原则的概念内涵，探讨其作用及应用规则，举例说明其在施工合同条件下承包商的应用策略，帮助承包商在充分理解FIDIC黄金原则的前提下，在实际应用中合理平衡合同中的权利与义务，恰当分配合同风险与收益，防止对FIDIC合同条件的错误运用和不合理篡改，从而保证合同的顺利履约及合同目标的最终实现。

Abstract：This paper expounds the conceptual connotation of the FIDIC Golden Principles，discusses their functions and application rules，and illustrates the application strategies of contractors under construction contract conditions. It aims to help contractors，with a full understanding of the FIDIC Golden Principles，to reasonably balance rights and obligations in the contract，appropriately allocate contract risks and benefits，prevent the misuse and unreasonable alteration of FIDIC contract conditions，thereby ensuring the smooth performance of the contract and the ultimate achievement of contract objectives.
