基于“一模到底”的全过程工程项目成本管控平台研究

摘要:随着建筑行业数字化转型的推进,传统的成本管控方法因信息孤岛、数据滞后等问题难以满足精细化管理的需求。本研究以建筑三维模型为架构核心、“一模到底”为核心理念,通过分析BIM模型与成本数据的交互机制,提出平台架构设计,包括模型集成层、成本数据库、分析引擎及可视化决策模块。同时,研究平台工程量自动提取算法,并利用大数据技术建立动态成本数据库,实现预算与实际成本的实时对比及偏差预测,构建覆盖工程项目全生命周期的三维模型成本管控平台,旨在实现成本数据的动态集成、实时分析与智能预警。本研究为工程项目成本管控的数字化转型提供了理论框架与实践路径,对推动BIM技术在工程管理中的深度应用具有参考价值。关键词:三维模型;一模到底;全过程成本管控平台Abstract:With the advancement of digital transformation in the construction industry,traditional cost control methods are difficult to meet the requirements of refined management due to problems such as information silos and data lag. This study takes the three-dimensional building model(3D)as the core architecture and the "one model throughout" as the core concept. By analyzing the interaction mechanism between BIM models and cost data,it proposes a platform architecture design,including the model integration layer,cost database,analysis engine,and visualization decision-making module. Furthermore,it studies the automatic extraction algorithm of the platform's engineering quantity and uses big data technology to establish a dynamic cost database to achieve real-time comparison and deviation prediction of budget and actual cost. It builds a three-dimensional model cost control platform covering the entire life cycle of engineering projects,aiming to achieve dynamic integration,real-time analysis,and intelligent early warning of cost data. This study provides a theoretical framework and practical path for the digital transformation of cost control in engineering projects and serves as a reference for promoting the in-depth application of BIM technology in engineering management.Keywords:three-dimensional model;one model throughout;whole-process cost control platform参考文献[1] China Construction Cost Association(CCCA).
