摘要：基于316份建筑企业问卷，实证分析数字领导力、数字化转型、社会责任与环境绩效间的作用机制。研究发现，数字领导力促进建筑企业环境绩效；数字化转型在二者间发挥显著中介作用；社会责任正向调节数字化转型对环境绩效的促进作用。

Abstract：Based on 316 questionnaires from construction enterprises，this study empirically analyzes the mechanism among digital leadership，digital transformation，corporate social responsibility（CSR），and corporate environmental performance（CEP）. Results show digital leadership significantly boosts CEP；digital transformation plays a significant mediating role between them；CSR positively moderates digital transformation's promotion of CEP.
