[摘　要]　建立合理的评价体系成为对各地创新型建筑业进行综合实力评价的关键所在。文章将创新技术引入建筑业，提出了创新型建筑业的含义，并在构建创新型建筑业综合实力评价指标体系的基础上，建立了主成分分析法模型，以对企业进行综合评价和排序。

Abstract: A rational evaluation system has become the key to evaluate the comprehensive strength of innovative-oriented construction industry.This article leads innovative technology into the construction industry to put forward the meaning of innovative-oriented construction industry, and establishes model of principal component analysis to make comprehensive evaluation and sorting of construction enterprises based on building the evaluation index system of comprehensive strength of innovative-oriented construction industry.
