基于ISM-AHP的铁路建设数据集成关键影响因素分析

摘要:深入研究铁路建设数据集成影响因素对促进铁路工程建设管理实现数字化转型具有重要意义。首先构建铁路建设数据集成影响因素体系,然后基于ISM-AHP模型进行层级分析与权重排序。结果表明:铁路建设数据集成通过深层政策性因素作用到中间层保障性因素,再驱动表层的实施类因素影响其成效。其中,数据中台建设、网络覆盖能力以及数据处理能力属于关键性影响因素。本研究旨在为铁路建设数据集成优化提供改进参考。关键词:铁路;建设;数据集成;影响因素Abstract:An in-depth study of the influencing factors of railway construction data integration is of significant importance for promoting the digital transformation of railway engineering construction management. First,an influencing factor system for railway construction data integration was constructed. Then,hierarchical analysis and weight ranking were performed based on the ISM-AHP model. The results indicate that railway construction data integration affects its effectiveness through deep-level policy factors acting on intermediate-level supporting factors,which in turn drive surface-level implementation factors. Among these,data middle platform construction,network coverage capability,and data processing capability are critical influencing factors.
