基于DEMATEL-TAISM的建筑企业数字化转型影响因素研究

摘要:基于TOE框架构建建筑企业数字化转型影响因素体系,使用DEMATEL-TAISM方法分析影响因素间的因果关系及影响强度,构建带有综合影响值的对抗拓扑层级图,可视化因素传递路径。结果表明:政策措施、经济环境不确定性为影响转型的根源性因素;数字化人才储备、数字化技术创新能力、组织协同程度、数据治理能力、数字认知成熟度是影响建筑企业数字化转型的关键影响因素。基于此,从企业角度提出对策建议,为推动建筑企业数字化转型提供理论参考。

Abstract:Based on the TOE framework,this study constructs an influencing factor system for the digital transformation of construction enterprises. The DEMATEL-TAISM method is employed to analyze the causal relationships and influence intensities among these factors,and a confrontation topological hierarchy diagram with comprehensive influence values is developed to visualize the transmission pathways of factors. The results indicate that policy measures and economic environment uncertainty are root factors influencing the transformation,while digital talent pool,digital technology innovation capability,organizational collaboration level,data governance capability,and digital cognitive maturity are key influencing factors. Accordingly,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the perspective of enterprises,providing theoretical reference for advancing the digital transformation of construction enterprises.
