摘要：本文根据国家及地方标准对建造阶段碳排放计算方法的规定，梳理出四种建造阶段碳排放计算方法，并对计算方法的数据来源难易度、计算精度、适用场景进行对比分析。结合案例开展不同计算方法的碳排放计算，对比计算结果得出，比值估算法（取建材阶段10%）、施工能耗定额估算法、施工工序能耗计算法计算结果均在合理范围内，适用于建造阶段碳排放计算。比值估算法计算结果和实际数据计算结果偏差最小且计算快速，可优先用于碳排放

计算。

Abstract：This article summarizes four methods for calculating carbon emissions based on national and local standards，and analyzes the difficulty of data sources，calculation accuracy，and applicable scenarios of the calculation methods. Using a cases to carry out calculations of different carbon emission calculation methods. The comparative calculation results show that the ratio estimation method（taking 10% of the building materials stage），the construction energy consumption quota estimation method，and the construction process energy consumption calculation method，are all within a reasonable range and are suitable for calculating carbon emissions. The ratio estimation method has the smallest deviation between the calculated results and the actual data，and the calculation is fast，making it a priority for carbon emission calculation.
