[摘　要]　重点研究在国内应用设计—建造合同时，承包商向业主提出设计索赔的有关问题。通过对典型设计索赔案例的分析，为设计—建造合同的项目参与方解决设计索赔问题，特别是承包商的设计索赔管理与风险问题提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: This paper mainly studies the contractor's design claim to the employer using design-build contract in our country. Based on the analysis of typical design claim cases, this paper provides theory guidance for the settlement of the design claims problems between project parties, especially the problems of design claim management for the contractor and the potential risks being taken by the contractor.
