基于修正Shapley值模型的EPC项目数据资产价值分配研究

摘要:针对EPC工程总承包项目中多参与方共创数据资产的价值分配难题,本文引入合作博弈中的Shapley值法,构建了适用于该场景的价值分配模型。通过引入数据质量、阶段衰减和风险承担三项系数对传统模型进行修正,以更准确量化各方差异化贡献,并采用蒙特卡洛采样法增强模型在全周期动态适配能力。以某城市综合体EPC项目为案例进行验证,结果表明修正后模型的Jain公平指数达到0.91,显著优于平均分配与经典Shapley值法,为EPC项目数据要素的公平分配与高效流通提供了有效方法支撑。关键词:EPC项目;数据资产;Shapley 值法;价值分配模型Abstract:This paper introduces the Shapley value method from cooperative game theory to address the value allocation challenge of multi participant co-creation of data assets in EPC engineering general contracting projects,and constructs a value allocation model suitable for this scenario. By introducing three coefficients of data quality,stage decay,and risk-taking,the traditional model is modified to more accurately quantify the differentiated contributions of all parties,and the Monte Carlo sampling method is used to enhance the model's dynamic adaptability throughout the entire cycle.
