“光伏+”污水处理厂建设项目经济效益分析

摘要:以“双碳”目标为背景,针对污水处理厂高能耗痛点,在分析“光伏+污水处理”的发展潜力的基础上,构建以经济增加值(EVA)为量化目标的评价模型。通过西安市某污水处理厂+光伏项目案例验证,该模式可提升厂区土地利用率40%-60%,降低单位污水处理成本,减排贡献率达25%-35%。“光伏+”污水处理厂建设项目建设有望为破解城市土地约束与能源转型矛盾提供新路径。关键词:光伏+污水厂;经济增加值;土地复用价值Abstract:Under the background of the "dual carbon" goals and addressing the high energy consumption challenges in wastewater treatment plants,this article analyzes the development potential of "photovoltaic + wastewater treatment" and constructs an evaluation model with Economic Value Added(EVA)as the quantitative target. A case study of a photovoltaic project integrated with a wastewater treatment plant in Xi'an demonstrates that this approach can increase land utilization efficiency by 40%-60%,reduce per-unit wastewater treatment costs,and achieve a carbon emission reduction contribution rate of 25%-35%.
