[摘　要]　主要对无政策指引下的工程担保解决方案进行探讨，包括担保形式的选择、担保人的选择等。通过分析对比各种方案的特点及适用条件，证明了选择工程所在地所在地区的银行开具的银行保函是最优方案。同时也在一定程度上分析借鉴了有政策指引下的工程担保制度，提出了建立并健全建筑市场信用系统的建议。

Abstract: This paper mainly discusses solution for project guarantee without policy guide， including mode selection and guarantor selection. According to the comparison of characteristics and application conditions, the paper proves that it is the best approach to choose guarantee issued by local bank, which location refers to region of the construction site located in. Meanwhile it advises to establish a perfect construction market credit system.
