摘要：国内关于疏浚土方开挖单价的计算方法有很多，本文旨在引入美国陆军工程兵团出版的工程师手册中关于疏浚单价的一些理论进行讨论，为国内同行介绍另外一种疏浚单价的计算方法，也为在国际上做疏浚工程的同仁提供一种更容易被当地咨询工程师和业主认可的新思路。

Abstract：There are many Chinese methods to determine the dredging rates. This article aims to introduce some theories on the dredging rates by adopting Engineer Pamphlet published by the US Army Corps of Engineers. It is intended to present an alternative method for calculating the unit price of dredging to domestic practitioners and to provide a new approach that is more likely to be recognized by local consulting engineers and owners for those involved in dredging projects internationally.
