摘要：发行高速公路基础设施公募REITs是交通投融资领域盘活存量资产、优化资源配置的重要举措。本文在分析当前高速公路REITs的实施效果的基础上，揭示高速公路REITs发展所面临的困境；最后，提出针对性对策建议，以期为完善高速公路REITs制度生态、推动交通基础设施可持续发展提供参考。

Abstract：The issuance of public REITs for highway infrastructure is an important measure in the field of transportation investment and financing to revitalize existing assets and optimize resource allocation. Based on an analysis of the current implementation effects of highway REITs，this article reveals the dilemma faced by the development of highway REITs. Finally，puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions，with the aim of providing references for improving the institutional ecosystem of highway REITs and promoting the sustainable development of transportation infrastructure.
