摘要：建筑业数据要素市场是推动建筑业高质量发展的关键引擎。首先，基于信息生态系统的组成要素解析建筑业数据要素市场生态系统包含的数据本体、利益相关者和市场环境要素；然后，基于组成要素的解析构建建筑业数据要素市场生态系统模型；最后，从协作共生、角色互融与双层耦合互动等几个方面分析了建筑业数据要素市场运行机制，以期推动建筑业数据要素市场自主、健康与可持续发展。

Abstract：The data element market in the construction industry is a key engine driving the high-quality development of the construction industry. Firstly，based on the constituent elements of an information ecosystem，this study analyzes the data ontology，stakeholders，and market environment elements within the construction industry data factor market ecosystem. Then，by dissecting these constituent elements，a model of the construction industry data factor market ecosystem is constructed. Finally，the operation mechanism of the construction industry's data element market is analyzed from the aspects of collaborative symbiosis，role integration and dual-layer coupling interaction，with a view to promoting the independent，healthy and sustainable development of the data element market in the construction industry.
