摘要：以城市更新项目为背景，聚焦规划与投资的协同机制，结合武昌生态文化长廊及综合管廊项目的实践案例，系统探讨如何通过多维协同实现城市更新项目的高效推进与可持续发展。研究围绕“目标—时序—主体”三大协同维度展开，提出“前瞻整合—过程优化—制度保障”的协同构建路径，验证该机制在提升项目效率、盘活存量资源与保障可持续性方面的显著价值，希望为同类城市更新项目提供理论参考与实践范本。

Abstract：This study takes urban renewal projects as the background，focuses on the collaborative mechanism between planning and investment，and combines the practical cases of Wuchang ecological and culture corridor and comprehensive utility tunnel projects to systematically explore how to achieve efficient promotion and sustainable development of urban renewal projects through multidimensional collaboration. The research focuses on the three dimensions of "target，sequence，subject" collaboration，proposing a collaborative construction path of "forward-looking integration，process optimization，institutional guarantee"，verifying the significant value of this mechanism in improving project efficiency，activating existing resources，and ensuring sustainability. It is hoped that this mechanism can provide theoretical reference and practical examples for similar urban renewal projects.
