摘要：当前建筑业企业管理水平不一，如果建筑企业在招投标市场中恶意低价中标将会严重扰乱市场秩序。为有效甄别此类行为，结合广东佛山某幕墙改造项目，构建了一套多维度造价数据比较分析模型，用以评估报价合理性并汇总投标风险，从而支撑定标决策。案例应用表明，该方法简单可靠，能够有效识别造价数据的异常情况，在不同工程领域中具有良好的适应性和迁移能力，对工程招标的定标工作具有良好的参考与借鉴价值。

Abstract：Currently，the management capabilities of construction enterprises vary significantly across the industry. If construction companies engage in malicious low-price bidding to win contracts，it would severely disrupt market order. To effectively identify such practices，this study combines with a curtain wall renovation project in Foshan，Guangdong，to develop a multi-dimensional cost data comparative analysis model. This model is designed to assess the reasonableness of bids and summarize bidding risks，thereby supporting bid decision-making. Case application demonstrates that this method is simple，reliable，and effective in identifying anomalies in cost data. It shows strong adaptability and transferability across different engineering fields，offering valuable reference and insights for bid decisions in construction projects.
