[摘　要]　简要介绍了建筑施工企业工程项目管理中容易出现的风险。首先对工程项目风险概念进行了解释，接着主要从市场调研不周、缺乏项目评价机制的风险，受到法律诉讼的风险，工程成本管理方面的风险，“以包代管”、项目施工管理过程存在漏洞的风险等四个方面进行了分析。

Abstract: This paper analyses the risks existing in project management for construction enterprises. First, the concept of engineering project risk was explained. Then, it describes project management risks from improper market investigation and lack of project evaluation mechanism, legal proceedings, project cost management, and loophole in the process of project construction management.
