摘要：高标准农田工程项目通常位于地形复杂区域，且建设内容多、规模大，使得项目工程量计量难度大、隐蔽工程多、材料价格波动大、涉及更多农业领域分项工程，导致工程结算审核难度大。基于高标准农田工程项目竣工结算过程中存在的难点及问题，针对结算审核要点，采取多方法、多举措，并引入现代化技术手段，能够优化审核机制、提高量价审核质量、提升踏勘工作效率、解决签字与变更问题，全面推动结算审核的智能化管理。

Abstract：High-standard farmland engineering projects are usually located in complex terrain areas，with many construction contents and large scale，which makes it difficult to measure project quantities，many hidden projects，large fluctuations in material prices，and involving more sub-projects in agricultural fields，which makes it difficult to audit project settlement. Based on the difficulties and problems existing in the completion settlement of high-standard farmland projects，aiming at the key points of settlement audit，adopting multiple methods and measures and introducing modern technical means can optimize the audit mechanism，improve the quality of quantity and price audit，improve the efficiency of reconnaissance，solve the problems of signature and change，and comprehensively promote the intelligent management of settlement audit.
