摘要：文旅项目异形结构多、专业协同复杂、成本动态管控难，其施工成本管理面临巨大挑战。文章基于施工总承包单位视角，分析文旅项目特点与成本管理难点，阐释BIM5D技术应用于施工成本管理的必要性。基于BIM5D建立施工成本管理的组织架构，提供文旅项目BIM5D模型建立的方法，设置基于BIM5D的施工成本管控流程，并结合实际案例说明其优势。文章优化了文旅项目的施工成本管理模式，为提升文旅项目效益提供实践参考。

Abstract：Cultural and tourism projects feature numerous special-shaped structures，complex professional collaboration，and difficulties in dynamic cost control，posing significant challenges to their construction cost management. From the perspective of general contracting units，this paper analyzes the characteristics of cultural and tourism projects and the difficulties in cost management，and explains the necessity of applying BIM5D technology to construction cost management. It establishes an organizational structure for construction cost management based on BIM5D，provides methods for building BIM5D models for cultural and tourism projects，sets up processes for BIM5D-based construction cost control，and illustrates its advantages with practical cases. This paper optimizes the construction cost management model of cultural and tourism projects，offering practical references for improving the efficiency of such projects.
