摘要：随着高校教育事业的发展，校内既有建筑的功能使用面积日益紧张。增层改造作为一种有效的解决手段，在实践中面临着管理、成本、技术等多方面的挑战。本文结合工程实践，基于高校既有建筑增层改造的特点，重点梳理改造过程中的核心难点与关键挑战，并提出构建管理提升体系、建立成本管控机制、构建技术支撑体系的针对性对策，旨在为类似项目提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract：With the development of higher education，the functional usable area of existing buildings on campus has become increasingly insufficient. As an effective solution，vertical extension projects face multifaceted challenges in management，cost，and technical implementation. Based on engineering practices and considering the characteristics of vertical extension in university buildings，this paper systematically examines the core difficulties and key challenges during the renovation process and proposes targeted strategies，including establishing a management enhancement system，formulating a cost control mechanism，and building a technical support system，aim to provide valuable reference for similar projects.
