摘要：在人口老龄化深度演进与城市高质量发展的双重背景下，居住环境适老化建设成为回应老年群体安居需求、推动“老年友好型社区—品质适老城市”构建的关键抓手。本文聚焦无锡市，深入剖析其居住环境适老化建设的实践逻辑与创新举措，提炼可复制推广的经验启示，为老龄化城市优化适老居住空间、提升养老服务品质提供借鉴。

Abstract：Against the dual backdrop of deepening population aging and the high-quality development of urban areas，the construction of an elderly-friendly living environment has emerged as a critical strategy for addressing the housing needs of the aging population and advancing the vision of "elderly-friendly communities leading to quality elderly-friendly cities." This article centers on Wuxi City，offering an in-depth analysis of the practical rationale and innovative initiatives underlying its development of elderly-friendly living environments. It aims to extract experiences that are replicable and scalable，thereby providing actionable insights for optimizing elderly-friendly living spaces and enhancing the quality of elderly care services in aging cities.
