摘要:建设项目开展施工总承包合同策划是保障项目顺利开展、顺利结算的关键。面对不确定因素,施工总承包合同中设置的自施部分、暂估价和专业承包工程应基于系统思维进行可行性评估和风险识别。本文阐述法规和政策对暂估价及专业承包工程的要求,分析建设方在合同执行时的责任分工。以两个项目为例,针对施工总承包合同存在的风险问题提出解决方案。关键词:施工总承包合同;暂估价;专业承包工程Abstract:The general contracting contract planning of construction project is the key to ensure the smooth development and settlement of the project. In the face of uncertain factors,the risk identification of self construction part,provisional estimate and professional contracting project in the general contracting contract should be based on systematic thinking.
