建筑碳排放与工程造价协同计算机制研究

摘要:本文对建筑碳排放与工程造价的计算原理和构成要素进行分析,论证两者协同计算的必要性与可行性,构建建筑碳排放与工程造价协同计算框架,提出不同阶段两者协同计算的不同方法,决策阶段可采用指标法和清单法,实施阶段可采用清单法和因子法(定额法),并通过大量案例测算验证两者协同计算的可行性和有效性。研究成果可用于建设不同阶段对建筑碳排放与工程造价协同快速估算和准确计算,提高工作效率的同时实现建筑碳排放与工程造价协同评价和优化,从而实现建筑碳排放和工程造价双向精细化管控的目标。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the calculation principles and constituent elements of building carbon emissions and engineering costs,and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of their synergistic calculation. It constructs a synergistic calculation framework for building carbon emissions and engineering costs,and proposes different methods for their synergistic calculation at different stages. In the early stage,the indicator method and list method can be adopted,while in the implementation stage,the list method and factor method(quota method)can be used. Through a large number of case calculations,it verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of their synergistic calculation. It can be used for rapid estimation and accurate calculation of building carbon emissions and engineering costs at different construction stages,improving work efficiency while achieving synergistic evaluation and optimization of building carbon emissions and engineering costs. This ultimately achieves the goal of fined-grained management of both building carbon emissions and engineering costs.
