摘要：本文基于上海市建筑师负责制试点项目——现代建筑设计大厦北楼整体修缮项目实践，系统剖析建筑师负责制模式下责任建筑师的核心职责，深入分析BIM技术在支撑职责履行、成本控制、提升管理效能中的价值。通过实际案例，阐释BIM在全专业设计管理、造价与工程量管理、施工监督与协调等方面的技术支撑作用，为建筑师负责制项目应用BIM提供可借鉴的数字化解决方案。

Abstract：This article is based on the practice of the pilot project of the architect responsibility system in Shanghai——the overall renovation project of the North Building of the Modern Architectural Design Building. It systematically analyzes the core responsibilities of the responsible architect under the architect responsibility system，and delves into the value of BIM technology in supporting the fulfillment of responsibilities，cost control，and enhancing management efficiency. Through practical cases，it expounds on the technical support of BIM in areas such as comprehensive professional design management，cost and quantity management，and construction supervision and coordination. It provides referable digital solutions for the application of BIM in architect responsibility system projects.
