基于马尔科夫链-熵理论的重大工程复杂性度量模型研究

摘要:重大工程项目普遍具有结构耦合度高、利益主体复杂、生命周期长等特征。本研究创新性地融合马尔科夫链与熵理论,构建包含技术、环境、组织、目标、信息和进度六大维度的重大工程多维动态复杂性度量模型。以上海东站项目为实证对象,通过识别24项复杂性影响因子,引入状态转移矩阵与信息熵指标,刻画项目全生命周期的复杂性演化规律。实证结果表明:该模型能有效揭示复杂性的动态特征,验证模型的动态适应性与理论有效性。关键词:重大工程;项目管理;复杂性度量;马尔科夫链;熵理论Abstract:Major engineering projects generally feature high structural coupling,complex stakeholders,and long life cycles. This study innovatively integrates Markov Chains and Entropy Theory to construct a multi-dimensional dynamic complexity measurement model for major engineering projects,encompassing six dimensions:technology,environment,organization,objectives,information,and schedule. Taking the Shanghai East Railway Station project as an empirical case,the study identifies 24 complexity influencing factors and introduces a state transition matrix along with information entropy metrics to characterize the complexity evolution throughout the project life cycle.
