建筑产业工人互联网及其价值共创模式

摘要:以产业互联网为代表的信息技术已成为建筑业转型升级与建筑劳务市场改革的新引擎,有望解决建筑产业工人队伍管理模式落后、劳务信息不对称等问题,推动建筑产业工人管理模式的重构与革新。本文提出建筑产业工人互联网的定义与价值赋能机制,并以价值网络的视角从制度协同、资源整合与服务交换三个维度阐释其价值共创模式。通过实践案例,构建建筑产业工人互联网平台及工人信息集成管理模式,并进一步探讨建筑产业工人队伍现代化建设的价值实现路径,为提升建筑产业工人队伍治理能效提供参考。关键词:建筑产业工人互联网;工人队伍建设;价值赋能;价值共创Abstract:Information technologies,represented by industrial internet,have emerged as a new engine for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and the reform of the labor market,offering potential to solve problems of outdated management models and information asymmetry in construction industry workforce,reconstruct and innovate the management model of construction workers. This paper proposes the definition and value empowerment mechanism of the "Construction Industrial Worker Internet" and explains its value co-creation model from three dimensions—institutional synergy,resource integration,and service exchange—through the lens of a value network. Using practical case studies,the paper constructs a Construction Industrial Worker Internet platform and an integrated worker information management model,further exploring the value realization pathways for the modernization of the construction workforce.
