摘要：目前，国内建筑工程体量庞大，施工工艺越来越复杂，这给监督机构带来了不小的压力。如何缓解监督机构压力，提高监督管理水平迫在眉睫。本文通过分析监督机构的管理现状并对官方文件进行梳理，提出辅助监督技术服务，并构建辅助监督技术服务的管理模式，最后利用案例说明辅助监督技术服务的具体工作，为后续提高监督机构管理水平，降低在建项目管理风险提供参考。

Abstract：At present，the volume of domestic construction projects is huge，and the construction technology is becoming more and more complex，which brings no small pressure to the supervision agency. How to relieve the pressure of supervision institutions and improve the level of supervision and management is urgent. By analyzing the management status of supervisory institutions and combing official documents，the paper proposes auxiliary supervision technical services，and constructs the management mode of auxiliary supervision technical services. At last，cases are used to illustrate the specific work of auxiliary supervision technical services，providing references for improving the management level of supervisory institutions and reducing the management risks of projects under construction.
