摘要：在建筑行业项目投资呈逐步萎缩趋势的新形势下，文章指出了建筑企业采用卓越绩效管理模式的价值，分析了应用难点，提出了应用对策，强调卓越绩效管理是一个开放式工具，建筑企业在采用卓越绩效管理模式时需结合自身实际，运用卓越绩效理念和做法对现有体系进行引导、改进和提升，促进卓越管理模式与现有体系互融互促互进，推动企业提高核心竞争力。

Abstract：Under the new situation where project investment in the construction industry is showing a gradual shrinking trend，the article points out the value of adopting the excellent performance management model by construction enterprises，analyzes the application difficulties，proposes application countermeasures，and emphasizes that excellent performance management is an open tool. Construction enterprises need to combine their own actual situations when adopting the excellent performance management model，use excellent performance concepts and practices to guide，improve，and enhance the existing system，promote the mutual integration，mutual promotion，and mutual progress of the excellent management model and the existing system，and drive enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.
