摘要：不平衡报价法是国际工程投标中被广泛使用的方法，具有提高中标概率、规避履约风险的优点。随着我国施工单位“走出去”步伐的加快，越来越多的中国企业参与到国际工程承包市场中来，需要加强对不平衡报价法的研究与应用，以达到降低承包风险和提高经济收益的目的。本文通过综合考虑资金时间价值和工程量变化，建立不平衡报价数学模型，并结合具体案例研究其在国际工程投标报价中的具体应用，同时总结归纳了不平衡报价法应用的注意事项。

Abstract：The unbalanced bidding method is a widely employed approach in international engineering bidding，which offers the advantages of enhancing the bid awarding probability and avoiding performance risks. With the accelerating pace of Chinese construction units "going global"，an increasing number of Chinese enterprises are participating in the international engineering contracting market. Thus，it is essential to strengthen the research and application of the unbalanced bidding method，so as to reduce contracting risks and improve economic benefits. By comprehensively considering the time value of funds and changes in engineering quantities，this paper establishes a mathematical model for unbalanced bidding. Combined with specific case studies，it explores the specific applications of this method in international engineering bid pricing. Meanwhile，it summarizes the precautions for the application of the unbalanced bidding method.
