摘要：机场航站楼高填方区桩基塌孔处置方案的技术经济研究是航站楼项目造价控制的重要工作。本文从桩基质量、防护形式、施工成本三个维度对桩基塌孔处置方案进行了深入剖析，比选高填方区桩基塌孔最佳处置方案。在此基础上，针对桩基塌孔反压砼处置方案计价难点提出其计价方案，包括招标策划、反压砼充盈系数的确定、反压砼二次旋挖定额的选用、综合单价的确定等，以适应机场航站楼项目建设施工进度和造价控制需要，为机场航站楼项目高填方区桩基塌孔处置方案的选择及其计价提供参考

思路。

Abstract：The technical and economic research on the disposal plan for pile foundation collapse in the high fill area of airport terminals is an important task for cost control of terminal projects. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the disposal plan for pile foundation collapse holes from three dimensions：pile foundation quality，protection form，and construction cost，and compares and selects the best disposal plan for pile foundation collapse holes in high fill areas. On this basis，a pricing scheme is proposed to address the difficulties in pricing the pile foundation collapse hole counter pressure concrete disposal plan，including bidding planning，determination of counter pressure concrete filling coefficient，selection of counter pressure concrete secondary rotary excavation quota，determination of comprehensive unit price，etc.，in order to adapt to the construction progress and cost control needs of airport terminal projects，and provide reference ideas for the selection and pricing of pile foundation collapse hole disposal plans in high fill areas of airport terminal projects
